Muhammad Ari Pratomo is an Indonesian lawyer who advocates for and voices
justice through books, podcasts, and songs. In all his works, he presents
empathy, conscience, and authentic human values that cannot be replaced by
artificial intelligence. Rooted in real-life experiences, deep reflection, and
human inner struggle, he bridges law, humanity, and art in an inspiring voice
that goes beyond the courtroom to elevate voices and human values that are
often overlooked.
His legal practice focuses on criminal law, civil law, banking law,
trademark and copyright law, business law, employment law, and corporate law
(corporate law). He also provides strategic legal consultation and assistance
tailored to professional and business needs.
He is also the founder of the Social Media and Live Streaming Control Institute
of Indonesia and the Positive Live Community of Indonesia, focusing on
monitoring and developing positive content on social media and live streaming
platforms.
Beyond his legal career, he is active as a writer. He is the author of the
legal thriller novels The People’s Lawyer and Returning to a
Father’s Embrace, which depict the struggles of a lawyer facing legal and
personal challenges, including emotional conflict and the pursuit of justice.
He has also written a poetry collection titled Poems of a Father’s Longing.
In music, he creates works with social and humanitarian themes as a form of
concern for life’s issues. His music serves as a medium to express justice,
empathy, and hope. Through his podcast, he shares thoughts and reflections on
law, humanity, and social issues that are often overlooked by the public.
